HIPARTYER Refund & Return Policy

Return Period

  • Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Products that have been installed or used.

    • Custom-made items (e.g., special sizes, colors, or customer-specified configurations).

    • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified).

Exchange & Refund Options

  • Customers can choose to:

    • Exchange for the same model or an item of equal value.

    • Receive a refund to the original payment method.

    • Obtain HIPARTYER store credit for future purchases.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email at sales18@roccoda.com or through our website’s contact form, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Fees

  • For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

  • If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, no fees will be charged.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and confirmed to meet return conditions, we will process the refund within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
